It is not possible to reduce body fat in one area. This is a topic that is often debated in the fitness industry. The body cannot lose body fat in any one area.
How can we quickly lose belly fat?
The human body is very intelligent. It’s far more intelligent than any of us may realize. Over the past 15 years of fitness, I have seen that the body adapts quickly. The body is always trying to make everyday tasks easier or more efficient (creating the least resistance path). This is an evolutionary survival mechanism that preserves energy.

If you can do more than 20 reps, the beast kick through will test your body’s ability to work together. This exercise is my favorite because it requires core engagement and agility work. My body wants to feel lighter and more agile.
It’s a great way to increase your speed and extend pauses at the top of kick-through. This improves mind-body control and elevates core work.
Rep range 3 sets 25 reps
The Reaching Gorilla Crawl
Like the “animal move,” the gorilla creep gets your whole body moving. This makes it easier for you to adapt to the situation by making you lighter. You can also use the reach to engage your lower back and glutes. This is a great way to avoid imbalances caused by crunching.
Rep range 3 sets in 30 seconds
Leg Raise Variations
For those lower abs that are difficult to pop, the leg raise is my favorite movie. You can balance the exercise by working with all the variations.
Rep Range: 3 sets (10 high, 10 low and 10 full).
DB Press V Ups
A dumbbell is required for this dynamic crunch, but a full orange juice container or water container may suffice. This specialized workout will help you lose belly fat. You can take the V’s already dynamic full core move up to a whole new level with a shoulder press at the top.
Rep Range: 3 sets with 8 reps each
Scorpion Kick Throughs
Another animal move, the scorpion kick through, is a way to move your whole body in many directions and angles. Because it has a yoga-like feel, this is one of the best exercises to lose belly fat. This is great for opening your hips and engaging the core. When moving in this manner, the body does not want to carry much weight.
Rep Range: 3 sets with 6 kick throughs per side
